We ship all orders received Monday thru Friday before noon NY time the very same day.

We ship ground orders by multiple carriers at our discretion. 

We ship to PO Boxes so if you have a PO Box, please include that as part of your shipping address.

As we sell out of sizes, they are removed from the website so you can not order something that is not available. 

If an item is going to come back into stock please fill out the email request form so we can notify you when the item is back in stock.   If the email request form is not showing, that means that item is not going to be available again.

You may return for any reason within 30 days of purchase for refund.

Items returned must be unwashed, unworn and with all tags attached in it's original packaging.

Opened packaged underwear can not be returned.  We do not reimburse shipping charges in either direction for returned merchandise.
